Staff wellbeing

Caring for those who care for others

We know that supporting our staff is essential to delivering safe, compassionate and high-quality care. When our team feels valued and well, they can give their best to the people who rely on us.

Our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provides confidential, round-the-clock support for mental, emotional, physical and financial wellbeing. It helps us maintain a healthy and supportive workplace for everyone.

Workplace pension and retirement planning

Pension

Making retirement saving easier

Our workplace pension helps you save for retirement through contributions from your pay, government tax relief and monthly contributions from us.

Eligible staff are enrolled automatically. If you do not meet the criteria, you can still choose to join at any time.

You may opt out, but staying enrolled builds a personal pension pot that remains yours even if you leave us.
