How we can help

Care and comfort, around the clock

Our residential homes provide safe, compassionate 24-hour care that promotes dignity and independence.

A welcoming residential care home
Personal care shaped around the individual

Care built around you

Personal support that changes with your needs

Personal care is tailored as needs change, ranging from prompts and encouragement to hands-on help with washing, dressing, continence and daily routines. We preserve comfort, dignity and independence wherever possible.

Here day and night

Dependable support, whenever it is needed

Experienced day, sleep-in and waking-night staff provide 24/7 supervision and respond quickly to changes in health or behaviour. Diet, hydration, mobility and personal routines are monitored and recorded daily to maintain consistent care.

Staff trained in epilepsy awareness and seizure management follow clear procedures and personalised care plans to provide safe, reassuring support for different seizure types.

Protecting every person

Respecting rights, choices and everyday routines

Where a care plan requires restrictions, we work with the local authority to seek the appropriate DoLS authorisation.

Each person follows a 24-hour programme supporting their development through routines and activities at home and in the community.

Daily living support reflects each person’s plan and preferences.
