How we can help
Supported Living Services
Our supported living service gives adults 24-hour support in a warm, fully staffed home environment. Our dedicated teams enrich daily life while treating everyone with dignity, respect and compassion.
We foster a welcoming home environment where every person feels secure, respected and cared for across every area of their wellbeing.

Individualised care
Care that evolves with each person
Our flexible, person-centred support reflects each person’s needs, from verbal prompts and encouragement to practical help with daily routines. We adapt as those needs change to promote comfort, dignity and independence.
Here day and night
Reliable care, 24 hours a day
Experienced day, sleep-in and waking-night staff provide support around the clock. They respond quickly to changes in health or behaviour and record diet, hydration, mobility and personal routines each day to maintain consistent care.
Staff are trained in epilepsy awareness and seizure management. They follow clear procedures and personalised epilepsy plans to support different seizure types safely and confidently.

Personal care plans
Care shaped around the individual
Each person has a regularly reviewed support plan based on their needs and goals. It covers daily living, laundry, meals, eating, health, mobility, mental wellbeing and positive responses to behaviours that may challenge.
Everyday living

Our supported living service includes:
- Arranging visits with family
- Helping people attend day centres
- Supporting community activities and day trips
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Working with families to update support plans when needed
- Working with advocates to help vulnerable people express their views
- Providing accessible information for informed care choices
- Preparing meals around personal, dietary, religious and nutritional needs, support plans and health guidance

Safety and rights
Respecting choice while supporting daily routines
Where a support plan requires restrictions, we work with the local authority to seek the appropriate DoLS authorisation.
Each person follows a 24-hour programme that supports their development through routines and activities at home and in the community.
Daily living support reflects each person’s plan and preferences.
